Message I used to HATE anything japanese with an american V8 in it but this last weekend changed that. I saw an rx-7 with a built 383 stroker with a monster 6-71 blower stiking out of the engine bay; that thing would put the fear of jesus in you. It made 600+whp on pump gas with IRON HEADS. That kinda blew my fucking mind and since then i've been craving 6-71 blown small block :drool:
Boring v8 swaps are not worth trying and should be looked down upon (like a bone stock LS1 into a twin turbo Z) but the way I see it now, if you're going to build a monster mill at least put it in a car worth driving... LIKE A JAPANESE SPORTS CAR!!!! That turbo v8 in an na chassis = sweet.
Putting a stock LS1/lt1/other pos v8 into a TTZ chassis = lame
